All products sold on this website are digital eBooks delivered electronically. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Non-Refundable Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has started or access to the file has been granted. This is in line with consumer protection regulations (e.g. EU Directive 2011/83), which exclude digital content from the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with the consumer’s consent.
Exceptions for Technical Issues
If you are unable to access or download your eBook due to a technical issue, you may request support within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
